Stephanie Adames is a 200-hour Certified Yoga Teacher (CYT) who is passionate about empowering others and sharing yoga as a healing practice. Stephanie’s yoga journey began in 2011 when she desperately needed to find balance and healing in her life. Yoga has helped her rise up to find her community, her tribe, her strength, but most importantly find acceptance for herself. As she would say it: “Yoga taught me how to trust myself, my intuition and how to truly love myself again.” Stephanie completed her YTT in 2016 and has been enjoying teaching and practicing mindful, intentional, soulful yoga since. Her favorite place to practice is outside ~ grounding under a tree or making waves during a SUP yoga class.
She thrives by giving her students the freedom to find their truest, highest self-expression by listening to their own bodies and connecting back to their breath. Stephanie enjoys adventure and likes to add a mindful twist to everyday life.
She holds a bachelor’s degree in Criminology/Psychology, dedicating more than10 years to the Social Service field, counseling at-risk youth and families.
Her dream is to continue to share yoga as a healing modality making it accessible to every body and everybody all over the world!
